A crowd-pleaser that keeps you warm! The Blonde Ale Goodness will have you wondering why you only bought 6 after your first sip. Blonde Ale also is known as Golden Ale, is a straw to medium blonde ale that has moderate bitterness and maltiness.

A flavourful beer with a warm amber colour topped by a thick head. It offers toasted malt fruity flavours hanging in a perfect balance with the bitterness and aromas of hops. Called Pale Ale because the majority of the malt used to make this beer is Pale Malt. In the old days (the 1700’s) this style of beer was generally lighter and milder which allowed the hops to be more noticeable. Pale Ales & India Pale Ales (IPA’s) are by nature hoppier than Lagers and Pilsners.

The MCC CHAMBOK
This offering can be considered to be a brewing innovation, a first to world invention if you will. The Chambok’s uniqueness comes from its the transformation from a Doppel Bok Beer into a Champagne-style offering using the Methode Cap Classique (MCC) art of bottle fermentation on the lees (yeast bed) and in bottle carbonation and conditioning.

HISTORY OF THE STOUT
Saison or ``Season`` Beer in French originated in Europe where farm laborers were kept busy producing farmhouse beers in the winter so that they could quench their thirst in the Summer.
OUR STOUT
Our Saison is brewed Belgian-style, so it will exhibit a consistent thick head with deep fruit, spicy yeast, and light citrus notes.

HISTORY OF THE STOUT
Stout was originally used to describe a ``strong beer`` not necessarily a dark one. Back in the early days (1700's), darker beers made with roasted barley were referred to as Porters. These terms are used interchangeably with the only difference being the strength of the beer.
OUR STOUT
Our Stout is brewed with the traditional ingredients (dark, roasted grains) and a proudly locally-grown hops, which in itself is unique for a stout. It has a noticeable chocolate tone followed by roasted coffee flavours. Our stout is part of the Voetstoots range.

DOMKRAG - Our Dark Double Bock
This dark, strong Double Bock beer has a very special story and is without question a unique offering. Having been through two fermentations, the beer is aged and conditioned in a Bourbon Cask (French Oak) before being blended with a new batch of Doppel Bok and bottle conditioned. Being cask rested, the beer inherits the rich flavours of aged wood and the customary Bourbon notes of honey, vanilla and ideal milk.

HELLES LAGER.
OUR TASTE-BUD TEASER
A golden beer that is simply light, easy and more-ish. Helles or Hell is a traditional German pale lager beer, with a history of production in the South of Germany, particularly Munich. The German word hell can be translated as ``bright', ``light``, or ``pale“. Sometimes also called a Munich Helles.
GOLDEN BEER
With a hoppy nose offering the traditional flavours of a lager, a long easy finish leaves you with an ingrained feeling of satisfaction. Our Helles lager is influenced greatly by the use of exclusively German hop varietals as bittering and flavouring, including a Noble Hop (Mittefruhe).
